How to Prioritize Your Day

There's quite a lot like listing things down on paper so that you can like clear your mind. I love that first thing in the morning, just move the body. Trying to see if there's anything new, somatic exercises. Some people also said like showering, you know, having a bath. So that cry, you know what, that often helps. It's very cathartic sometimes. And then after you like, like yesterday, I had a big crying sesh for like probably most of the day. Afterwards, I feel like I helped me gain a lot of clarity.
