It's important to be blunt about these things, if there are elements of thought, identify them. The tribunal is clear that you're going to defend on reasonable points. So your lawyer will deal with the unreasonableness, but you make sure that you're not caught in a position where you are having to be hammered into excepting something that is plainly unreasonable and shouldn't have happened.
