There's a whole eco system that's growing around this. A dynamic pricing is basically people that do the exact same thing for hotels, for car rentals, for airplane seats. And so if you were to book one of my places for a seven day period, every single one of those days has a different price associated with it. That dynamic pricing literally should result in 30 to forty % bump in a you're in your revenue, versus doing it yourself.
