The Russian Military's Support for Pragoshan's War in Ukraine

It seems like he expected more or he thought there would be more support. I don't think we really know that yet although there have been concrete names mentioned in the press. It makes a lot of sense that Pragoshan wasn't going to do this without having spoken to somebody in Moscow and in Rostov. And I've been curious about Putin's tentativeness, his procrastination...I wonder whether he had concerns himself about which units if he ordered an attack or if he wanted to do something more demonstrative.
