I think linking it back to a P&L makes perfect sense because that is the scorecard. Getting your cadence right for how often you're actually discussing and talking about enables you to spot things much earlier. We started doing our weekly practice with looking at the financials. We could see the trends. And on the micro, sometimes, you know, it's hard to get visibility. But once you start to stack these together and then you start to see trends and you get a feel for what numbers look like. I think there's a lot built into what you said and making it very simple and game-like, which I love, but it's very deep in its thought.
