The essay was geared towards student athletes and being myself a student athlete, I found incredibly valuable. And just a couple of lessons that I really pulled away from it was like the importance of compounding, which we mentioned earlier, and just starting earlier. If you beat yourself up too much, you're never going to reach your full potential. But yeah, these skills really transfer over. It's your job after you finish your sport to understand what those skills are and where you want to apply them next.
