How to Set a Ward on a House

When you're doing a ward on a house, you have to take into account who lives there. Like i teach my classes out of this house. I had to account for random people coming to my house and wandering in and out with whatever the crap was that they happened to have with them. So i had to negotiate with my roommates to say, you know, can i strip things off of you at the door and banish them? And they went, yes, please. Oh, good Thank you. Because if you said no, this would be a problemges then i'd have to, yes, that's more energetic manipulation than i want to deal with.
