Eating restaurant food every day is not going to be greatit. Indians are one of the second or third highest consumption of salt per capita, way above what we should be eating daily,. And i think, wik, it's easier to cut down sugar, very, very hard to cut down own salt - because you eat less salty food, you just won't enjoy food at all. Eat diversified foods and make a conscious attempt to eat a whole bunch of different vegetables, different kinds of meat... E mix it up a bit! I can't tell you how many things i would change about your life if i had a notebook with me right now. If i could write forty things down
