COVID-19 - The Biggest Variable of Housing Ever
Housing broke out before COVID-19 hit us. We need higher rates to cool housing because it isn't the bubble, right? It's just that literally we broke to all and when I talk about breaking to all time lows in inventory, I'm not even adjusting it to population or households. But here's the biggest housing demographic patch. Moving around, guess what? Prices escalate. Why? Because seller equity,. People have a lot of equity to use and they can usually outbid people in their local cities than from people moving from other areas. That is a very fair comparison.
