What's the Story of the Recession?

In 2008, it was mortgages. In China now, it's the property market. They said, oh, we're going to reign in speculation on property. It's basically collapsing their economy. Every central government, local governments start buying that property. We don't want it to go down actually, right? So everybody, we all know what the answer is, what we want to do, but then we're faced with playing the political and economic cost for the decisions made decades ago. Nobody wants to take that on the books. So we kick the can again. And so we as market people are like, okay, what's that variable? Where do I see six months before they actually
