Bob Greene: I always had an interest in psychology, and so when I went to further my education, that will have already studied marketing as a degree. That's what got me down that whole path, and really to where I'm at today. To be a good marketer is you have to truly understand what drives people, which gets into psychology. He says he was getting out of fascination with communicating with people, and then understanding them.
