What's Up With Bok Choy?

A common joke amongst Asian Americans is why do we keep telling why people about Asian stores? You shouldn't because they're so good. And the trick is the produce is the same but it's way cheaper. The one place I do that naturally in any grocery store even with a list is the ice cream aisle. Once you get all your stuff and then your thought process goes maybe I should treat myself to ice cream. There is the end-of-the-server reward. Then that's where I finish all my groceries within 10-15 minutes and then I'll stand in front of the ice cream. For like a good 30 minutes just staring at the varieties and then going like, oh
