Derrick jarman receives a major retrospective this winter at the manchester art gallery protest. The exhibition celebrates an artist who defined bohemian london in the sixties. We talk to the writer and director about working with double oscarwin and mahershela ali on swan song. wi'll be hearing from some scarborians to discover an impressive art scene, including artistic duo who have turned a once scary underpass into an art installation that beckons visitors to the shore first to night.
