Is System D a Process Manager?

System d is a process manager for Linux distributions. It can be used to offload some of the complexity out of applications themselves, such as when services are down. Some people say it's not the eunuch's way; system d should be very minimal in its system and not do anything else. But at the same time, i think they are essentially easier and nice to use.
