We live in an age of distraction. It's whether or not you can execute it, we all know what we have to do. For me, leaders now need to focus on developing high performing teams. And if they produce high performing teams that will out. No leader is inherently good enough to do it by himself and no team is inherently goodenough to do it without creating a high performance culture. The humility and the requirements for teams to form in that way is a challenge.
