Tesla Energy's Acquisition of Solar City
The Delaware Supreme Court has upheld a previous ruling that found that Elon Musk did not push Tesla to overpay in the Solar City acquisition. A Waymo vehicle struck and killed a dog that ran out into traffic back on May 21st. The vehicle did have a safety driver in the front seat at the time and according to Waymo it did actually identify the dog but that was the result nonetheless.
