Working From Home Versus Back to the Office

Facebook employees don't use meta, which is not an internal tool for say hybrid meetings. We have to solve that question before we can know if we really need something better than zoom for what we're doing right now. And where are you on the working from home versus back to the office debate my my senses that there's an enormous range of views on this.
