Projecting and Red Pointing - The Physical Element

Pacing is something that I do go on about quite a lot, but I see it being a problem or a filter to lots of other issues in climbing. If people could just sort out their pacing, they would see much improvement, prove results. Another little trick or tool in terms of the physical part of projecting and red pointing is creating or building the volume that you have on the route or your training via the rest positions. The warmup really should be specific to the demands of your goal.
