How to Welcome Your Whole Self Into Meditation
We're going to use the word welcome, almost like a mantra throughout the practice. What does it feel like to welcome your whole self into the practice? Not leaving any bit behind. Listen to any and all sounds that are present. Notice how everything is coming and going. The vast open spaciousness of this present moment. Just allow the breath to be as it is.
