In 2006, the New England Journal of Medicine had a review article about contrast induced nephropathy and then 13 years later. In 2019, they had one about contrast associated nephropathi. Can you talk us through what happened during that period why did the label change? I mean I think I, I think it's so hard to learn all the stuff in medicine, and it's even harder when the stuff you learn turns out not to be true, because things are always changing.
