How to Set a Vision and Strategy for Success
A strategy and vision is a direction of travel. It isn't what are we going to do tomorrow. Even if you never actually achieve your vision, it's got to be enough to kind of push you onwards. You've got to find the things that they're interested in and try and like, speak in their language. A key hooks for us particularly as an organization is kind of accessibility.
