I think I go back to the lesson my father taught me that failure is an event, never a person. It's our fear of failure which stops us from trying out. If you don't have fear of failure, then you can keep on trying. The second thing is not to take yourself seriously. We are all unique. That's why our fingerprints doesn't match anybody in the world. But we always want to become like some people and we lose our own speciality. So I deal with it thinking about that.
