Air Purifiers in Enclosed Spaces - Is That True?

Air can be a great equalizer in some senses. Beit rich or poor, you do get exposed to it. People who are especially susceptible to air pollution related illnesses should use air perifiles - including astma and son. But i think we're headed in that general direction.
