Is It a Compliance Activity or a Value Added Work Activity?
I think some of the stuff about how people in this organization share information, absolutely you could look at that and say, you know, maybe we could deliberately and tentatively try to do some of this inside our own organization. And then the whole sort of social psychology and change aspects of that about having those white boards ntwo people verses done with people. And is it a compliance activity, or is it a value added work activity? There's lots of complexity intoo. Its like observing the output. And then all you can do is make assumptions a lot of a time about the imputs and the processes that have created those outputsand. I think sometimes those assumptions will be valid. And
