How to Survive Being Alone in Business
I encourage founders to, if they're thinking about fundraising, do it earlier because the valuations you get on a business. After launch, post launch, even with a retailer, it's actually quite minimal for the overwhelming stress of not paying yourself and working at the business alone. So sorry, so fundraise earlier. Because then you can hire people and bring people on. I was kind of working on business alone and that actually creates a lot of self doubt. Whereas as soon as people invested in me, I was like, hold on, this is pretty good business. People have put their money into me. They believe in this. And I think that I always speak child's arm.
