I was observing bullying of others and there is sort of a science story today. I could actually, after some time, figured out I could actually punish the bull years. Then I also recognized that it gave me enormous pleasure to set the record straight. The most important environment to actually master is the indoor environment. It's what happens in you, it's how you think about things. That's the secret. Companies organizations can change the environment any way they want. They can invest how much every they want an employee experience. If the individuals in that organization don't understand that the mostimportant environment to master is my internal environment and how I think about things, all these efforts will be limited.
