How Much Would You Pay in Taxes?
The next thing we're going to look at is how much would you actually pay in taxes by tax bracket. I'm going to go through all these on the podcast because these are number heavy and I want to make sure that people can kind of follow along. For 401k contributions of $22,500, which is the max if you're under the age of 50, this year at the time recording this, it may go up in the future. But not a lot of people in that 12% tax bracket are maxing out those accounts based on their income but that's something that you should consider.
