How to Fix a Hang on a QEMU Appliance

LibGestFS is a set of tools for accessing and modifying virtual machine disk images. NBD tests would use LibGestFS were randomly hanging early in booting the QEMU appliance. To bisect this, I had to run a guestfish in a loop until I either hangs or doesn't. How many times? I chose 10,000 tests as a good threshold. After a painful bisection between 6.0 and 6.4 RC6 it's found the culprit.
