Is There a Preferential Learning Style?

Most people learn best by having things repeated to them in multiple different styles, so that they have itt repeated like you said. But the idea that people learn best in that learning style that they most prefer, the science really isn't there to back that up. I think a that repetition helps me personally by also having that mixture of mediums. Because am i don't get bored. That's a big problem with if i stick to just or just audio or just reading,. as i get bored or tired. So having that a variation in medium style is really how i learned.
