Fimtruch is a Flemish filmmaker that really inspires me. She has made more than two films but two films in particular, Kid and Home,. That I recommend everyone should see because it's really two poetic little gems. So close features this fascinatingly complex vision of masculinity and adolescent masculinity in particular. It feels very real. And so I'm kind of curious about how you interpret your personal experiences in an effort to get to that place of the collective catharsis.
