The Fed's Plan to Curb Inflation

Powell thinks that by raising interest rates, we're going to be able to curb inflation here. There's plenty of data outside the US that says that's not the silver bullet to kill inflation. Gas prices were up like 10 to 15% in a month period as Powell's raising rates don't seem to be working. You have to hope you can destroy the job market faster than that elevated interest rate raises prices for everybody.
