Airbnb: The Disruptive Side of the Hospitality Industry

Airbnb is on theme. My theme for 2021 is the pent up demand theme and I'm thinking this company also is on the disruptive side. If you think about it, many people have delayed vacations. With COVID still not completely gone, people may feel a little bit better booking a home maybe for their next vacation versus staying at a hotel with a lot of people.
