Consistency is really key. We do see trends in about three to five days, so we can kind of really get an established baseline. But there are some nuances to that, right? Let's say like you're trying to establish your baseline of HRV. And on one morning, you take it first thing in the morning, you don't have it done anything yet. The next day after they have, they take their reading, it's down out of 20. Well, that's a significant difference. This is again where we have to do a little bit of the detective work and we have to kind of get out the pickaxe and the eyeglass and start looking around
