How Does Drag Reordering Work?
There's a bunch of SwiftUI stuff that has to do with drag targets as a pain in the butt. The real difficult thing about this feature is not the tech part, but like the UI. How do you provide access to this feature in a way that people won't accidentally do it? And then how should this feature work? "It used to be like 10.15 was the minimum version to be able to do drag reordering"
