The 2012 jobs act made it much easier to raise money for private placements, you know, and to do so online. The issue was that a lot of the early companies in the space didn't think about curation or selection criteria. That's the biggest differentiator with us as we started with accredited investors, giving them access to multifamily properties,. industrial buildings, hotels, and investing again in these faster growing markets not just throwing anything against the wall.
