The Different Sectors of Private Real Estate

Commercial real estate is a very broad umbrella and it's distinct from residential real estate. Clarion invests in what we like to call the four major food groups, which are multi-family housing, industrial warehouse, office and retail. And then you have your alternative sectors, which include things like self storage, medical office and life sciences. I think more important now than ever to really distinguish between the different sectors.
