We're looking for accounts that are showing some signs of wanting to engage with us. So when Andre is talking about an engaged account, he means, okay, this is an account that actually knows about us and maybe likes us a little bit and trusts us. If the company spends 10 minutes checking this case studies and work process page, we call it engaged account. That could be a good trigger. Or maybe you see if you're running an industry in your slide and then you see that from the same company, more people start joining or subscribing to your newsletter. That's a good sign.
