So, realistically, 3,000 a year on gardening, I think that seems pretty reasonable. Even if they came once a week at $60 a week, they're not coming once a week. That's probably the most expensive. Lily: A block of 10, there should be a lift if it's single building, wouldn't there? Perhaps.
