Is There Any Context for Why It's a No?

I do have empathy for the person that tends to say no or, you know, or is perceived for that way. If I don't have any context for why it's a no, I will make something up. Just finally just really appreciating when you ask somebody for time in an organization. It's easy to get frustrated. IDEO is operating in the way it's always been trained to. And there's a lot of friction. Your team has always been super appreciative of that tension and the time that it takes to like think about something new.
