There's no such thing as too volatile, it's all a matter of positioning. You should be looking at your entire portfolio's volatility, not any particular asset. I am a slightly younger man that's been going down the Bitcoin rabbit hole for a long time. So I'm actually weighted more heavily in Bitcoin than I am in gold.
