I think the worst thing for the BBC would be to accuse of being going easy on itself. I remember when I was editor of the Ten o'clock news, there was a whole load of scandals about whether or not competitions in programmes were true or not. There isn't a smoking gun. The sun isn't putting itself up for interview. It's not answering a lot of direct questions. So it's pretty tough. You're quite convinced by that BBC line that they've got a duty of care to their employee and there's privacy for all the people involved. That's a genuine... I think broadly... Justifiable take. Broadly, yes.
