The Blackmail Bureaucracies Are Trying to Prevent That, Right?
The key mechanism that is preventing that experimentation is is the blackmail bureaucracies. It's, it's not the fact that you have discussion and status. The people running them are conformists. And they can use their centers of power to keep this deviation out of those places. If we're looking at these things where there's strong coordination around the globe, they do tend to be things that you need a lot of capital and a lot of centralization to be able to do nuclear power plants or airports or things like that.
