When you're coming down from a high dose of alcohol, yourselves are less tethered. And with what we call intigration, is trying to get yourself back together in a more harmonized way. Psychotherapy is the least successful form of intervention for alcohol - it's not about waking up one morning and finding out why you've been drinking so much.
