O, so it's very difficult to tell a teacher to take away some of your regular periods. But then you can use that other 90 minutes of unstructured time. And if the government's machinery is able to ensure administrative data integrity on learning outcomes for every child, i am reasonably confident that the system is capable of delivering improved outcomes.
