I've Been Quite Sceptical About the Amount of Academic Research on Disinformation

i've been sceptical that the amount of academic research on disinformation really matches up to the harm it poses to society. But i think that changes in war time, when the stakes are obviously much higher. There's a lot of opportunity here for unanticipated side effects, which we can talk more about when we get later on into two thousand 16 uas election. We have new research in the lab where we've been trying to test a bunch of these interventions that we see popular in society. And we we're finding things that are actually kind of quite surprising when we do that.
