How to Humanize the Numbers in a Big Company

As you rise up the ladder, do you find that that stays with most people? Or once they get more and more away from it, the thinking kind of goes back to thinking broadly in numbers again. I think havinge both an open mind, not having assumed that you have all the answers, recognizing that i want to learn that i don't know. Third, also, recognizing that the world is changing very, very quickly. And just being aware of that, i think, helps.
