Building a Self Storage Facility

We decided to think about real estate. And i didn't know anybody with money. We found a piece of property and did a ton of research on where we might want to build a self storage facility. Want to build one from the ground up. Butn we didn't buy one. Ike we should have. I need some extra money. It was going to cost a million bucks of our own cash. So we went around and tried to find investors. Looked at a couple of sites. Knew we needed to raise the money. That's where we built our first facility in ithaca, new york.
