English law is very key in this case because of the way that FTX as times of service was structured but English law itself is kind of undergoing a bit of a transformation at the moment when it comes to schlassets. A lot of this is trust based related legal arguments now trust law and equity is not exactly a modern invention of English jurisprudence so it's been around for quite a while.
