The Benefits of Foraging

Foraging isn't just about consuming, it's connection with the landscape. Historically, this would have been done by lots of people working together. If nettles didn't grow in this country, we'd probably be flying them in as a superfood because they're so nutritious and above all free. The flavour is amazing - kind of nutty but full of vibrant green foliage flavour,. chlorophyll, I'm guessing it's... and the flavour's just immense.
