Every single publisher is very unique when you think about their context and their mission and their people so it's so important that yes you have a set of informed hypotheses but more importantly that you quickly test and learn how to prove it as necessary which is a key part of the subscriptions Academy methodology. LZ: Help me understand getting into the program what was the big goal and what was some of the most interesting insights that you gathered from the first phase which is the diagnostic phase. So perhaps we can talk a bit about how you found the journey through that program
